This 40 acre park project is located at Rancho Vista and 30th Street West, Palmdale CA.

All civil engineering design, and ultimately construction surveying, for the 40 acre expansion of Marie Kerr Park for a new swimming pool, amphitheater, and softball complex.  Scope includes horizontal control, topo mapping, street cross-sections, street, on/off site water, on/off site sewer, grading plans, erosion control pan, lighting plans, signing and striping, and storm drain plans.  The design of the baseball stadiums was based on providing a regional storm water detention facility to augment the existing Marie Kerr Park.  Project also required hydraulic calculations for water and fire prevention system.  Geotechnical services included a soils engineering report, soils and material testing, special inspection, rebar, concrete, and welding.
