25 total acres in two locations. One site is a 4.6MW facility located on 16 acres and the other site is a 3.2MW facility located on 5 acres. Both are located within two infill areas on the east side of the City of Lancaster, CA. Our project scope included services to assist in the submittal of a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) for the project. Future services include construction plans, surveying, and compaction and special inspection for the facility. Our services included CUP application assistance, site plan, and Phase I Environmental Assessment (ESA) for the proposed power plants.
