SEPV-1 - 17 Acres - 2 Megawatt solar voltaic facility located on the east side of the City of Palmdale in Los Angeles County, California. We assisted in the submittal of a Conditional Use Permit for the project. Our services included boundary surveying, aerial photography, hydrology study, site plan, grading plan, and Water Quality Management Plan (WQMP). During construction we provided material testing and continuous inspection for compaction and driven piles.
