A 27 acre "green" neighborhood park project in Lancaster, CA.

The project involved CDBG funding. Amenities include baseball fields, basketball courts, activity center, etc. The project achieved green status by using drought tolerant sustainable landscaping and utilizing recycled water for irrigation.

Our services included property boundary determination, topographic survey, and preliminary and final soils investigation.
